The hotel claimed they have airport transportation, when in fact, it's a bus outside the hotel that does not have anything to do with the hotel. The staff did not even know how much it was.

Good location, 50 meters from the beach line. Free and available wifi throughout the entire hotel.
Breakfast could be a lot better. Expensive for what you get. Ibis 1km away is R$ 125 per night for a single person, whereas Coqueiros was at R$ 160!

the staff was incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for activities around the area. the location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Plus, the room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the surroundings. We enjoyed the hotel's breakfast, which offered fresh and delicious options.

Everything at the hotel was completely adequate. We took advantage of their laundry service and wifi, and both were good.
It would have been very helpful if one of the reception staff spoke English or Spanish because communication was always a bit of a challenge-- but with patience on both sides it we could get the message through.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and beaches. the staff was quite accommodating, offering laundry service and wifi, which I found to be great conveniences during my New Year stay. Finally, the lobby was comfortable and nicely decorated, making it an excellent place to rest after a long day of exploration.
The hotel had a few issues that took away from the experience. the rooms were not very well-maintained and felt cramped, with very little privacy.
